String Theory and my Imaginations

By Katherine Lightwood

The two most interesting places on our universe are beyond our reach. We need a much higher theory and when I say that I mean much much higher than Einstein's relativistic equation. And that's where string theory comes in.

The string theory takes you before the big bang and what exactly does it say? That there is a multiverse of universes and that's where the big bang come from. Well, Einstein's equations give us a compelling picture that we are like insects on a soap bubble. A gigantic soap bubble which is expanding and we are trapped like flies on a flypaper. And that is my friends!! is the big bang theory.

But the string theory says that there should be other bubbles out there. In a multiverse of bubbles, when two universes collide then it has a possibility to form another universe. And then when a universe is split into halves it can create two universes and that's what we think is the big bang. The big bang is either caused by the collision of the universes or by the fissioning of universes.

If there are other dimensions or universes, can we go between those universes? Well, that's a very tough situation to grasp of course. However, just like Alice in the Wonderland story, I sometimes think that maybe one day we might create a wormhole between those universes just like the TV Series Flash.

But for now, that just happens in the movies and TV Shows. The wormhole as you might know (If you don't then google it) is a genuine solution to Einstein's equation. Now, my question is that how practical would it be to go through one of these. And guess what we have no idea. Actually, there's a debate among physicists today that whether it is physically possible to go all the way through a wormhole. And let's say if you could pass through one of these then you might be able to use this as a time machine. Well!! Isn't that cool?

String theory is also called the theory of everything. And it's also a theory of time, and trust me time machines are allowed in Einstein's equations. And that thing makes me a bit hopeful. And least, Einstein is cool.

So, that was my thought of the day. To see more posts like this make sure to visit our main page. And Do not forget to visit our institute's page to know more about graphic design, 3D, animation courses and other awesome stuff. Till then good day to you.
